An Accra Circuit Court has acquitted and discharged a suspected Lesbian, Queenie Akuffo on the charges of having unnatural carnal knowledge and indecent assault.

Miss Queenie Akuffo was accused of drugging her victim and allegedly using the phallic shaped sex toy, to penetrate the 22-year-old Janet Amankwah repeatedly.

According to the state’s prosecution, led by Detective Inspector Judith B. Asante, Queenie committed the act of assault on January 25th, 2016, in Ablekuma, Accra, where both the accused and the victim reside.

The prosecution argued that at some point on January 25th the accused, Miss Queenie, asked others present to leave her bedroom, leaving just Miss Queenie alone in the room with the victim, who’s called Janet.

Unfortunately for Queenie, a teen aged girl who looked through the window saw what she described as her (Queenie) inserting the vibrator – male sex toy – into the victims vagina.

The Victims brother also saw the incident and alerted their mother, who then rushed over to the scene only to fined Janet – the victim – naked lying on Miss Queenie’s bedroom with what looked like vomit all over her.

Furthermore, the vibrator was later found on top of Queenie’s bedroom, while a video of the entire act was also found on Queenie’s infinix phone.

But delivering her rather educative judgement Wednesday March 29, the presiding judge Abena Oppong Agyin Doku Wednesday said all the evidence adduced before her through out the trial points to the fact that the two ladies sexual encounter was by consent and not by any ill intention on the part of Queenie Akufo, the accused.

She therefore acquitted and discharged Queenie.
