A 36-year-old Mobile Money (MoMo) vendor, Christian Nana Amponsah, has reportedly been stabbed to death after a female suspect allegedly lured him to a guest house under the pretext of conducting a transaction.
Amponsah’s body was reportedly discovered with multiple fatal knife wounds, while his money and mobile phones were said to be missing, raising suspicions of a possible robbery linked to the killing.
Preliminary accounts suggest that the female suspect allegedly used a MoMo transaction as a pretext to get the vendor to the guest house room, where the fatal incident is believed to have occurred.
However, details surrounding the circumstances of the alleged murder, the identity of the suspect and whether any arrests have been made remain unclear.
Further information from the police is needed to establish the sequence of events, identify those responsible and determine the motive behind the killing.
