Trotro mate attempts electrocuting his SHS girlfriend

A trotromate known as Lumba has been arrested by the police for attempting to electrocute his 18-year-old student girlfriend by plugging a naked wire into her vagina at Krofrom a suburb in Kumasi.

Theresa Oppong, the lady who is a student of Serwaa Nyarko Senior High School also in Kumasi sustained severe injuries after the incident.

She was also beaten to a pulp by the boyfriend after she began to resist him following a bleeding episode from her vagina.

Theresa is currently receiving treatment at the hospital.

Narrating her ordeal, Theresa said she went to her boyfriend’s house to retrieve an amount of GH¢200 he owed her.

However, as she was “ I was waiting for Lumba on his bed when I felt an electric shock in my vagina which made me weak before he started hitting my head with a sharp object”.

“He covered my mouth so I was unable to shout for help so by the time his neighbors came to my rescue he had run away,” she added.

According to the neighbors, they heard a disturbing cry from Lumba’s room which forced them to break into the room only to find the victim in a pool of blood.

Earlier that day, Theresa’s mother said " I heard my daughter arguing on the phone, telling the person on the other end that ‘if you did not buy what I asked you, then I am coming for my money.’

“Only to be here and receive a call that, my daughter has been badly injured,” she said amid tears.
