Redwin Zakkuor Alleged Murder Case Called

The five accused person standing trial on the Charge of Murdering the Late Paul Fegbali, a Lebanese National and the Managing Director of IMEXCO (Ghana) Ltd, appeared in court on Friday, August 26, 2005.

The accused persons are Noble Adu Gyamfi, Redwin Zakkuor, son of Hearts of Oak's famous Harry Zakkour, Abanyi Cephas, Amuzu Williams and Christian King-Borrey.

Their pleas have not yet being taken. They are facing two charges: Conspiracy to murder and murder. Listeners would recall that the deceased's mysterious death was reported and the issue had wide publicity since the news broke out. Mrs. Olivia Obeng-Owusu, the presiding Judge of an Accra District Magistrate court situated at the Accra Community Centre, has adjourned the case to 9th of September, 2005. The accused persons are on remand, to re-appear on the 9th September, 2005.
