Hmmmm, a medical doctor oooooo, saying that condoms are not essential at a time HIV/AIDS is still prevalent in Ghana. It's like politics can make professionals behave in ways that beats the imagination of laymen. In Ghana you don't correct the president if you are his party's MP or minister. If you can behave unprofessionally to support the president, it is allowed. How can such a country develop when everyone is thinking " stomach infrastructure".

When you have visionless, politicians managing sensitive positions it is the innocent general public that suffers. They will get flown abroad for expensive treatments whiles the poor get denied prompt emergency medical deliveries at a CHPS compound.
