Since Nkrumah time no leader had removed a Chief Justice. The reason being that the Judiciary is an arm of government and cannot be removed with flimsy excuses or accusations. No President who respect himself and his people will do that. How do you set up a committee and put a rival Judge as a Chairman looking at all the differences between the 2 of them which the suspended Chief Justice has protested and yet the President is adamant and won't change him. Common sense should tell the President that the Chairman of the committee is compromised and should be changed. Again the Ag CJ is also a rival and compromised, no wonder he elects himself to be on the panel for every case involving the suspended CJ.

The racial segregation laws in the Britain and US, I mean the Anglo Saxon racial laws were enacted by the bar and supported by the bench. The apartheid laws were enacted by the bench and supported by all. The World Rule laws by US and her allies, when looked at carefully is insane and ridiculous but is supported by the bench in those countries who will accuse anyone who opposes them as a terrorist, undemocratic, a tirant and assassinate him like Patrice Lumumba, Amical Cabral, Murtala Mohammed, Samora Michael and others.
