What kind of treaty and agreements are they making demands of Ghana? Ghanaians must be in the know of some of these things, so the gov't has a good idea of the way forward, having engaged the citizenry robustly, because it is important there is consensus, which benefits the people.
It's not always the case, treaties and agreements that are forced down the throats of Ghana, turn out to be the best and clarity through education and transparency is key.

Come on guys there's nothing wrong with the idea of European countries investing in ghana or Africa.Remember they are investing their tax payers money in our economy.It simply means they have confidence in our economy and its viability for them to get their returns.What we should demand from our leaders is transparency and accountability when these investors come to us.There has been on numerous occasions where shaddy contracts have been signed that goes to benefit the investors more than the citizens.There should be a balance in free trade.It should never be a one way traffic,where countries are allowed to use Ghana as a dumping ground for their cheap goods.Yet our local manufacturers find it extremely difficult to assess their markets.These foreign countries need us more than we need them.We have all the natural resources that their big industries need.Nkrumah was right when he said the black race can control his own destiny if only he will first appreciate himself as a great and mighty race.Emancipate yourself from mental slavery.

When our brothers and sisters from the diaspora came, we were telling them to stop whining. Now some people are demanding a treaty which I know we will sign and be ripped off. Aboa!!
