How can somebody market Ghana when there is so much violence going on, the issues of lynching arising in Ghana is noticed worldwide,and the lawlessness. the # problem is sanitation, too much dirt in the capitals, and no drainage. who wants to live like that, we all have one life to live, why not live a healthy life. Lots of foreigners love to visit Ghana because it is peaceful, too much trash in the country and corruption.

We need to market Mama Ghana.This should be the main duty for Ghana Foreign Officers. It should be recommended that the staff of Ghana Export Council and the Ministry of Trade and Industry should be seconded to our Missions abroad to help promote Trade, Investments and Tourism. This is what we should call Commerical/Economic Diplomacy. We need to attach much importance to this. The World has changed and consequently there is no room for Political Diplomacy

They can only talk!! Most of them have no clue about Trade,Investment and Tourism Promotion work. They should be trained before going out-posting! French, British, German etc diplomats do not perform commercial work. The comm ... read full comment

The commercial/economic sections/departments are manned by staff of the Ministries of Trade and Tourist Board who have high knowledge of Commercial work. Let's consider this seriously.
