I will suggest two of his great books for our policy makers - 23 Things they don't tell you about Capitalism and the other "Kicking Away the Ladder:Developing Strategy in Historical Perspective". From these two books you will understand his argument better. I teach these things at UDS. My former boss, welcome to Ghana and thanks to IEA for inviting him. You will have to bring him back to spend more time with us. The guy is too good.
