So Mr Boahen something which was given freely to farmers, and now here selling out by saying is a good initiative, assuming procedures that previously was used which is bad ,then you find good measures of distribution rather selling to farmers at a cost of Gh#80.00 per bag,so you think farmers can afford to buy,my father who was given 45 bags yearly for farm freely without paying a penny now have to buy at a cost of Gh#3600.00 which can pay my school fees two semesters at the training college.boss I think this is not the best and needs for a change coz this ain't what was promised during campaign time by the President.
