what is it that makes ghana high in invetor confidence? the land guards and multiple sales of lands which is an important factor in production or the high interest rate or the lack of electricity and constant flowing water that investors are happy with. npp pls lets get serious and stop tickling ourselves. majority of ghanaians are hopeless. remember it's easy for ndc to win elections than npp . only real performace can keep npp in govt. lets stop copying ndc propaganda governance.

Poor infrastructure......no railway system ,very, very bad roads, electricity supply unreliable ,the civil service very incompetent, no meaningful fire brigade , 75% of the country without sanitation,with choked stinking gutters , dilapidated school buildings. People, do you really expect serious investors ? Corruption is the least problem, because you meet it everywhere....also in Europe ( Albania , Italy ,Romania, Bulgaria ,Austria....full of corruption scandals ) and in USA itself. The only difference is the enforcement of law. Get your infrastructur right, keep your democratic freedoms and set your taxes lower, with a better law ennforcement . We want to be among the top 20 in the world not third in Africa.
