I can understand the president's choice to appoint people he close to him and supported him.What I don't understand is their refusal to bring in capable professionals to help us in some of these sensitive areas.If we can spend tens of millions of dollars to employ foreign football coaches then why can't we retain data experts from Germany or Japan to help our Ministers with data security and application?Or why can't we partner with the Chinese to restructure our manufacturing sector and infrastructure development.Indonesia after their independence hired foreign Linquists to work with their local linquists and traditional leaders to create a national language Bahasa Indonesia.Result?Without computers they combined over 700 languages and dialects from their 18000 Islands into a single unifying language in a very short time.Do you really think Ghana has problems others have never seen before?We have to be bold and unrelenting in our persuit to fufill our destiny as the Black Stars nobody knew existed.
