Dr Akwasi Osei should and pleaded with Mahama to renovate these facilities to ensure that mental health got a looking in policy at least. Mahama just ignore his plea last year and the year before. Today a newly elected Govt is expected to make GHC28M immediately when Woyome alone is owing Ghana over $57 M. So what is the problem and who is responsible for these mess.
