The govt must not only issue cash for entrepreneurs but must put structures in place to train many industrial workers as possible.What I'm trying to convey is that some of the money must go into training Qualified workers to set standards.If you build factories and you don't have effective technical team your money will go down the drain.
As we speak,nobody is talking about stands,norms and quality.
There are 3 stages for every raw material.Natural,Semi-transformed and Transformed.Yes,we have many raw materials of which we do add very little value.The problem is the technical know-how to transform the raw material into its final product.The factories will need effective Professional work force.The 1 district 1 factory also need the human resources of which govt has not made provision for.Govt must know that factories do use heavy Equipment and sofiscated technology.You just can't employ anybody without qualification to work in a factory.Where do we get the pool of technical hands?Thank you.
