Hon. Minister of aviation, ever since you visited Sunyani airport nothing has been heard either the original or the proposed site for the regional airport at Nsotre is going to be developed or what? Sunyani air strip can't be called an airport. I understand it was used by the military and later converted to be used as an airport. Considering the landscape and the infrastructures there a new airport has to be built at Nsotre for Sunyani to serve the region. The runway cannot be expanded to accommodate bigger planes, the terminal is 17th century structure and very small and most importantly the is no land for expansion. Think about it and don't waste any money there. Sunyani and the region in general needs a new built airport to bring developments, to open up the region for businesses and tourism. The airport almost 2 years has been closed for air travel due to the above mentioned problems, so please treat it with seriousness and urgently
