  Everyone is a Dr in Ghana, except when you check it's an honorary degree that doesn't entitle them to the use of that title. Obviouslt, Mr. Dzani has achieved a lot. Why does he have to fraudulently use the "Dr" title? If he wants that title, he should go and work for it!
