Read it carefully and you will come to understand that he is saying that they have BEEN SELECTED so the MP is informing them of their selection and hence the need for them to be given the freedom to manage the toilets. You must always read carefully before you comment. The MP must know that it is none of his business to select the managers of toilets. He should get out of Parliament if he still does not know and appreciate his role as MP.
