  If the EU wants to trade with Ghana, they should trade in machinery so that we manufacture products for their markets. They should not dump their manufactured consumer products on us. The youth are idle and that is why they have resorted to violence and attempting to cross the Sahara and Mediterranean sea in dinghy boats. If they are gainfully employed, they will stay home.

  Mr. vanderparye, there is nothing delicate about having a local content in any business relationships or partnership. Ghana is not be exploited. Friends do not claim local content input is delicate. Colonialism is been long gone since the post World War II. This is what the Chinese have not learnt and very soon Africans will drive out from our continent. EBO have a fair-minded approach to the new government. Ghana is not asking for handouts, we are calling for fairness and sincerity. Stop giving bribes to public officials to get business contracts. Report public officials who ask for bribes to the Flagstaff House. Do it.
