  This is a stupid idea. We have so much sunshine but we have pushed solar energy to the background.
  We cannot handle ordinary garbage in Accra and we are now thinking of managing nuclear waste which will remain radioactive for well over 100 years.
  Advanced countries like, Germany, , Australia and just to mention a few have made a deliberate decision not to get into nuclear. The fact that we have people trained in nuclear technology does not necessarily mean we need to go that way

  Please we don't want it keep it to your country; nuclear power is good in Europe and in cold places not in Africa where the is sun hot and enough for our solar power

  It seems u guys don't know much about a nuclear power........nuclear power can be used in so many areas aside producing electricity. It can be used in storage of crops and so many things. And if we don't do what de developed countries do, how can we be developed. Nuclear power is de affordable and sufficient source electricity. And solar source of energy is not reliable. What will we do in seasons of lesser days and longer nights??.....and what are we going to do during foggy days??.....it's good to have solar source of electricity but it's a seasonal and the stored one cannot sustain us for another sunlight season. Even the Middle East countries with highest record of sunshine have nuclear power sources.
