    don't blame Esoko in anyway
    blame ur so called Mofa staff for not thinking of helping the government execute what they were intended to.Let's congratulate the various enumerators for good job so far

    You are saying the NGO did not do their work well but the ministry is also giving out the input to interested farmers not the list the NGO said it has been selected
