Don't use this as an excuse to deny the public basic schools their capitation grants which has been in arrears since September last year and continued up to date. Even 1.5 cedis per term per child is in arrears for three terms yet we re being told that,free SHS is going to be implemented come September this year.Feeding fee alone is 459 for term three.
