There is a simple solution to this problem. All tankers loading fuel to destinations outside Ghana should pay the same taxes as those destined for locations in Ghana. When they cross the boarders to Bourkina Faso and declare their goods, a refund of the taxes could be effected.Not this bruhaha solution of seizing properties which we all know can never be effective
