Senegal SHOULD keep their PSA agreement and SEEK to earn as close to 51%, net, or better, on all oil revenues.
The people of Senegal should ensure a PIAC type entity funded only from public funds is established, or strengthened. The mission of the agency should not only be to concentrate on revenues, but as well, significantly, ensuring Senegal is in fact receiving Fair Share Oil revenues. That ought to be job one.
