Wow. I had no idea that Ghana has a University dedicated to Energy and the environment. It's even more beautiful because it's in my home town, Sunyani. This university must become the hub of energy mastery and leadership for Ghana and Africa. We Must Be bold to master all the various energy forms know to man and direct them into technologies for Ghanaians development. Energy leagues (like soccer leagues) must be formed to do fundamental research into energy forms translate this basic knowledge into techologies, scale the technologies for industries and create product that are competitive on the markets. This bioplastics is a good start. This alone can fetch so much money for the school. All hands on deck all lovers of energy knowledge (note, not just science) and technology. This is fabulous. KNUST watch out.

Great innovation. Good work
Stake holders should provide funds for further research to make the product cheaper and for commercial production.
This will help solve the environmental challenges we face as a nation.
