  When NDc secured the deal it was a bad deal and must be looked but in another regime a U-turn is made and the deal is praised. We are gradually destroying this country but we are not realizing it. Govts are in to serve the people so even if it is not your referred government we must not do things to stifle their programs because it goes round to affect all of us as a nation. I am disappointed but still thank ACEP for making the U-turn. Ghana must move on

  I read the guy's comments in quotes and was shocked he is Director of Operations at ACEP....what operations? Now that their boss has been made deputy minister what else can they say?

  This guy really amazed me.ACEP never spoke anything good about all the contracts signed during the old regime.

  So at least, there were some good policies? But we cannot continue like that? Even if the project is passed by Parliament from committee stages to the house?I know Parliamentary committees are from all parties? The U-TURN have show his weaknesses in critical analyses.Call it "THINK TANK"?

  The least ACEP could have done was to provide DETAILED explanation on why it now considers this a good project when the parameters of the project haven't changed. Short of this, their credibility could be seriously damaged beyond repair. Discerning Ghanaians will NEVER take their analyses, policy advise, views or recommendations serious. It may be a good project, but is it for political expediency that they are now saying so......or their previous viewpoint is the true case. I think some of our so called "Think Tanks" are making a mockery of themselves.
