    Akufo-Addo: BOG governor doesn't understand fractional reserve banking. Money supply originates from the central bank. In all countries where economics well understood central banks (reserve banks) lend to commercial banks.

    In six years NDC borrowed 3 billion and NPP was ranting from K E radio station to the other we are borrowing too much. In 3 months, NPP borrowed 2.2 billion. Interesting times ahead.
