Passing of this bill is something in the right direction but as to whether it would maintain it's integrity by working as a law or not depends on the authorities. There are too much laws in Ghana but most of them are either not working or affects some few cronies in the country. Ghana is dirty and I can say 90% is due to the irresponsible attitude of Ghanaians when it comes to waste management especially refuse disposal. Any idiot and reared human being walks around or sit in a car and throw rubbish anyhow. When you alert the person to refrain from that you become an enemy. I believe is high time people are prosecuted for behaving irresponsibly in showing such gross aptitude in Ghana. My advice is that if you are one of them, please stop and join the train to impact on others is disposing of refuse appropriately. *LET US BE TOOLS FOR CHANGE* CLEAN GHANA AMBASSADORS
