Why do Ghanaians attached so much sentiments and high laurels to doctorate degrees ? It sounds so madness and stupid as if doctoral holders re dummy gods . What !! Excuse !!! Doctorate (PHD) is mere defending of academic thesis which even common pepper seller can buy at shelf to use such tittle .
