very well said. these days banks do not care about their clients. the most annoying part is that they assign an RM who answers calls as and when they want it. when you complain to their managers they interestingly defend their staff. What banks are now interested in now is the charges. some banks are now charging GHC250.00 every month. Some body's whole salary mean while they use your money to make money as well. Something needs to be done because some banks are killing Ghanaians.
