    very well said. these days banks do not care about their clients. the most annoying part is that they assign an RM who answers calls as and when they want it. when you complain to their managers they interestingly defend the ...

    DO NOT LIMIT YOUR RESEARCH TO BANKS ONLY. EXTEND TO GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND YOU WILL FIND IT MUCH WORSE. EVEN IF YOU WRITE TO THEM, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND. IT IS DEPLORABLE TO COOMUNICATE WITH GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS IN GHANA.
