exceed that of the POTUS. and the US supreme court has said those positions can not be fired--it violates the separation of powers since these agencies are quasi- legislative, quasi- executive and at times quasi judiciary. Yes, BoG Governor was not fired, but the pressure was what forced him out. We will not have any continuity in policy if we continue this way
