    One district and one factory policy and programmes will collapse if high utility tarriffs,cheap imports from China,India etc and high operational costs and taxes are not seriously taken in consideration

    When NDC was saying about the problem for increasing the tariffs, you rather telling President Mahama that he is incompetent. Now you you see hot the seat is.
