    Ghana and Africa is not developing partly due the political and tribal appointments.In most of these appointments quality and qualifications are not considered.CEOs should be based on efficiency.

    Political appointee should have relevant qualification for the appointment they are given in order to be effective and take leadership. This is my opinion.

    What competence? It is job for the boys.The jobs go to the highest financial contributors to the party.It is time to plough back their losses.
