So is he serious in saying that over-aged parts will come into the country because duty on spare parts is abolished. This is a very daft analogy. Why do we have standards? Do you think any businessman will be happy to bring obsolete parts that will not be patronized? Why wouldn't he rather think that those in the second hand will lose business because prices of brand new spare parts will be cheaper because ot the abolished taxes? And such a person calls himself a deputy finance minister. It is only in NDC that such a person will be given a ministerial appointment.
