We are in a global economy, aka- glibalization. Even China does business in dollars. Get real! Let us be more realistic and let us understand issues before we jump to conclusions.

Transfer across the GRA meant a custom officer could be transferred to Value Added division? The various arms of GRA were specialized agencies by training and the suggestion to transfer across is ill motivated and ridiculous.
