Boniface Abubakar Saddique wants to build a solid foundation to transform zongos. However, he fails to spell out what he plans to transform the zongos into? Does he plan on transforming the mindset and culture of zongo residents, or is the transformation project taking the form of environmental beautification? This is another campaign promise that wasn't well thought of except providing politicians an opportunity to enrich themselves.
