Good news. A railway network is critical to the development of any country. All the countries that are developing rapidly such as China, India etc have railways. I hope they can raise the finance to build it.

I am surprised that l sent the minister a message offered to help in building a vibrant and efficient rail system both train for long distances and trams for the sub regions but he has not bothered to reply.This is my expertise here in the U.K.
They never want free advise,they will rather pay 13 million dollars to build a house for one person.l don't trust politicians
