    Was Kwabena Akando, the Dwaboso Dinning Hall Prefect did National Services before Mahama appointed him MP and Regional Minister? Hypocrites.

    The highest position for the Dwaboso MP at school was Dinning Hall Prefect ,and is ONLY Mahamas administration Ghana had DHP MP/ Regional Minister. Useless Ndc party.

    Don't be ignorant, the constitution does not ask for vetting but only approval from parliament in any manner the parliament sees fit. J H Mensah took this to the supreme court in 1997 and this was how it was interpreted.... V ...

    The only position left for Mr Ayikoi Otoo is Ambassador or Board Member. So he need to be seen or heard. I'm sorry Mr Otoo you can also be considered Member Counsel Of States. We are praying for you
