    Prof, I share in your frustration at the Port. Perhaps, the semi-literate guys did their "PhD" theses in 'Bribery, an effective tool to ensure easy clearance of goods at the Ghana port'

    I think the government should set up online payment system so individuals can check and make payment without any middle man.
