    HOW CAN A GA MAN BE COCOA MINISTER & AKYEM WOMAN BE FISHERIES MINISTER? IF WE'RE TALKING ABOUT GUINEA FOWLS OR COW HERDING, THEN AYARIGA CAN BRING HIS BAWKU EXPERIENCE. HE SHOULD LET THE COCOA FARMERS TALK ABOUT THEIR CROP.

    I am not surprised that Ivory Coast produces more cocoa than Ghana. If fertilisers are secretly sold to Ivorian farmers by a corrupt Agric Ministry Officials, leaving Ghanaian farmers destitute, then what do you expect?

    NPP SHOULD THROW THE LIBERALIZATION IDEA OUT OF THE WINDOW. HE SHOULD HAVE PROPOSED THE IDEA TO THE NDC GOVERNMENT.
    HON AYARIGA HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE COCOA SECTOR AND ITS HISTORY SO MUST KEEP MUM.
