E.G he claims a feasibility study has been been conducted on over 300 possible factories since 2007. He however could not state the cost of a single one of these factories. He claims a new committee would be formed to assess these factories again. If an assessment has already been done would it not be right to pick and choose from this document rather than recycling the old stuff? I smell and elephant shit in this argument. A new committee would "complement" the efforts of the Ghana Investment Promotion Council. Hmmm! Should the reverse not be the case? The biggest dribble of all. Alan says "the one-district-one-factory policy" is actually "district enterprise development". Enterprise development is not the same as "establishment of factories". E.G. Tourism Development is not the same as establishment of factories. Semantic acrobatics!
