Not every campaign promise sees light of the day.We all know that NPP govt has a very poor record when it comes to building factories.The govt can't force any private entrepreneur to invest his money where there's no profit.The main objective of any businessman is to make maximum profit in the shortest time.
There's no way Nana Addo can build any factory ou force any private entrepreneur to do so.Besides,there are lot of factories shut down already so what's the logic?More importantly,Ghana doesn't have sufficient power supply to make this initiative a reality.
I think such a presumptuous campaign strategy was designed to fool the electorates.Don't worry be happy.
