These chief directors and administrators of public institutions are damn corrupt and thieves. The communications minister and the 6th Parliament ordered you not to engage in any contracts and this seeks tell you that, you have no right to do that unless you seek permission from them but these thieves like them did. They waited for you to go on with your fierce campaigning and they signed that contract without government and Parliament approval. The director of Afriwave ltd wasn't wise also to know that the contract is an unapproved one therefore should disengage in it because either they are partners(they own afriwave ltd) or corrupt since Subah infosolutions is already engaged and performing that function. Hahahahaha. This is tantamount to aiding and abetting in crime by Afriwave ltd and NCA management against the state. Even Subah infosolution's contract is fraudulent with so much flaws in them already and engaging another company with the same function to another. Probably NCA management knew how fraudulent the Subah infosolution contract was that was signed by the then communications minister and therefore thought it wise to find an avenue to dupe the country also because everyone was still but forgotten the possibility of the elections turning round against NDC and so it has happened. Ursula Owusu and BNI should investigate those involved in the Afriwave ltd, SUbah Info solution, the then communications minister and all NCA contracts and incriminate them to retrieve all stolen money back to the state coffers. They are heavily corrupt. Nonsense
