After he and Bawumia taunted Mahama with the devil of incompetency, the NPP is now showcasing the highest form of incompetency, first with a bundled inauguration speech, and second, with the open door policy on over-lapping ministries.
It is very funny, the guy who has been appointed as Minister designate for Monitoring & Evaluation claims he does not even know his functions, and that, he will seek clarification from the President.
