What is this thing about hundreds of Malian and Burkina teucks being loaded each day. Trust me 90% of such loads are discharged lesss than 400 meters away from the leading point. 90% of the trucks also bear fake foreign number plates. Please new govt urgently do something now.

TOR's expansion plans started way back before Awuah Darko was appointed. It is because of the intention to expand to a higher capacity that is why a bigger furnace was installed. Note that installation of the new furnace started long before Awuah Darko was appointed and was near completion and commissioning by the time he arrived at the refinery.
