Ghanaians should not worry too much petrol prices have inched up by just 9%, Father Christmas Nana Akuffo Addo who promised us heavens will take over the reign of Governance as from the 7th and the prices will tumble immediately. He will remove all 'nuisance' taxes to facilitate that reductions. Ghanaians are waiting.

Ghanaians should brace themselves for higher petrol prices next this year. The point is that with the agreement reached between the OPEC and non-OPEC producing countries to limit production of crude, world oil prices are going to increase. Unless govt changes its policy to go back to subsidising petroleum prices, local prices will have to reflect rising crude prices. It is not going to be easy.
