  The construction of the Sekondi-Takoradi railway line together with the container depot and port expansion and redevelopment are significant ventures which are boosting the economy.
  
  We must integrate these developments to enhance their economic value.
  GPHA must be commended for its hard work developing Takoradi harbour.
  
  It behoves the Ghana Railway Corp to put the Sekondi-Takoradi rail line to the best possible use and make it profitable. There can be no excuses for failure.
  
  It would be even better to reconstruct the Western rail line between Takoradi and Kumasi.
