Do not insult any govt on this. If you know the Volta River, you will not dare to use a novice to build a bridge on that river. Tell the universities to produce common electricity bulbs and not bridges.

Ka biom! We are not serious as a country.. they give us loans and bring their own people to come and construct the project. Large chunk of the money goes back to them plus interest....oh Oman ghana wise up.
