And with all these moneys splashed around, I hope government pays its statutory debts to ECG, TOR, banks, NHIS, etc to keep them also functioning well.

The number will be far less than 400,000. Still they deserve praise. People should vote massively for them. Ghana has been for too long a cheap dumping site for E- waste from Europe . Now , they will have to pay money for that.
