Out of presumptuous that this thief Moses Asaga is making a ridiculous stupid statement divert out attention from NDC stealing from Ghana abnormal at any given time.Two days ago this thief said it will cost TOR $300 million to refine sulphur 10 diesel while TOR dispute the claim and said it will cost between $100 to $120 million.Folks Moses Asaga and his boss John Dramani Mahama are thieves and don't have the country at heart and they only have heart at stealing and nothing else.

Unless we are not concerned of whatever comes out as end product from TOR it will be better to use our produced crude. The economics should rather be favor TOR by using our crude.
