Private businesses and individuals can't borrow money at 24.5% (domestic bonds) interest rate to invest as the government is doing. You see from this article that Vietnam is selling more goods to Ghana than Ghana is doing. The economic policies of the current government will bankrupt Ghana one day mark my word.
